EpaMarne wanted to make a 5 videos series, as part of an employer brand campaign on LinkedIn. However, they had no clear idea of the format or content that would be pertinent for them.
We suggested that they ask their employees what made them feel good about their job, what made them want to get up in the morning to go to work, what made them enjoy “their job”, and to give free rein to their word, without forcing them into a written exercise in advance.
In parallel, we travelled all over the county, filming it on the ground or in the air with a drone. The result: 5 films of about 1 minute each, 1 portrait per film, which gives the floor to the collaborators with their spontaneity and enthusiasm, their emotion, unformatted.
And thanks to the success of the first campaign, a few months later, EpaMarne contracted us for a new series of portraits with 5 new employees.
